Nothing in your backyard is a silo.

A real homestead is a loop. The chickens feed the compost, the compost feeds the beds, the beds feed the kitchen and the bees lift the whole harvest. Planting Season treats it that way, so each part you log makes the others smarter.

What it does

Connections is the quiet thread that ties your modules together. You do not configure anything. You just keep logging your garden, flock, hives, soil and pantry, and the app starts joining the dots, pointing finished compost at hungry beds, turning a glut into a preserving suggestion, and dropping saved seed off your shopping list.

The loops it closes

Chickens to compost to beds

Coop bedding and kitchen scraps go to the compost. Finished compost goes to the beds. The beds feed the kitchen, and the scraps come back to the birds. A full circle, tracked end to end.

Bees lift fruit and squash yields

A healthy hive and a full bloom calendar mean better-pollinated squash, cucumbers, melons and fruit. Stronger pollination shows up as a heavier harvest in your beds.

A glut becomes canned goods

When a crop comes in heavy, the app points you to the best way to keep it, and the batch lands in your pantry to eat through the winter.

Saved seed comes off next year's list

Seed you collect and store updates your inventory, so it drops off the shopping list and next season's plan starts from what you already own.

Soil and water feed back

Worm castings and rainfall flow back into the beds, and your records show what your own ground actually responds to over time.

How to use it in three steps

1

Switch on what you keep

Turn on the modules that match your place, garden, flock, bees, compost, pantry and more.

2

Just keep logging

Record harvests, feeds, eggs and batches as you go. No setup, no rules to write.

3

Read the nudges

Helpful, plain-language prompts appear where they make sense, joining one part of your place to another.

How it gets better

The more modules you switch on, the more Connections has to work with. A garden alone gets useful prompts. Add the flock, the compost, the bees and the pantry, and the nudges get richer because there are more loops to close. It all runs on your device, works offline, and the record stays yours to export any time.
