What we are

Planting Season is a region-accurate planting calendar and garden planner for the warm-climate US. Instead of one national, frost-date-based calendar, we build month-by-month planting guides for each climate region, sourced from university extension data (Florida is built on UF/IFAS), with a full plant library, growing guides and a pest & disease guide.

Why it matters

Generic, last-frost-based apps are wrong for Florida and the warm South, where the main planting season is fall and summer is the off-season. We build the calendar the way these regions actually grow.
